About Allison

Allison has spent more than twenty years in luxury real estate, and before that she trained as a producer at USC's Peter Stark Producing Program, the top ranked film school in the country. She represents sellers who expect their home to be handled with the same discipline as a production.

Her market is North Dallas, with Frisco and Prosper at the center, though she has represented property from Lake Travis to Fort Worth. The approach does not change with the address: strategy first, then execution, with the client never asked to manage the process.

Allison spent a decade building one of eXp Realty's larger agent organizations before returning her full attention to her own book of business. She still teaches, and she places among the top one hundred growth leaders out of more than eighty-two thousand agents worldwide.

She credits preparation over persuasion. A listing that is priced correctly, presented properly, and marketed deliberately does not need to be sold twice, and that is where her finance training and her producer training meet.

Allison was born in Dallas and came home to it. Outside of work she is drawn to puzzles and long-form storytelling, and she is rarely far from Max, her dog and the reason she thinks in terms of decades rather than quarters.
